Selling War Bonds, 1918
These clips are a compilation of Mary Pickford’s appearances selling bonds to support the War effort. The campaign began with a White House reception with President Wilson greeting Mary, Doug Fairbanks, Charlie Chaplin and Marie Dressler and from there, the stars fanned out across the country.
